The Demon PPF Standard: Our Process
To ensure a dust-free installation and perfect bonding, this service is carried out exclusively at our secure Bulwell studio (Unit A).
Phase 1: Decontamination & Prep
Your vehicle receives a comprehensive safe wash and chemical decontamination. We remove all bonded contaminants to ensure a perfectly clean surface for the film to bond to.
Phase 2: Precision Installation
We use state-of-the-art software and a Graphtec plotter to precisely cut the film to your vehicle's exact specifications. This means no unnecessary stretching and absolutely no blades used near your valuable paintwork.
Phase 3: Invisible Edge Work
Working in a controlled environment, we use specialised techniques to tuck edges behind panels wherever possible. This ensures perfect alignment, no lift lines, and a finish that is truly invisible.
